Kano Enhances Hypertension Services Across 208 PHCs

In a significant move to combat the rising prevalence of hypertension in Nigeria, the Kano State Government has announced the expansion of hypertension services across 208 Primary Health Care (PHC) centers. This initiative aims to improve early detection, treatment, and management of hypertension, a condition that poses serious health risks if left unchecked.
