[New Republic] Former President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf took responsibility of the insolvency of the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL) following reports of foul-play and financial misconduct spearheaded by his son, Robert Alvin Sirleaf, who she appointed as Chairman of the Board.
